The Bible - We believe that the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God and serve as the foundation of all Christian faith, doctrine and conduct. (II Tim. 3:16,17)
We believe that God, through scripture, has revealed himself as the “I AM” and the LORD over all creation. He is the omnipotent, omniscient creator and sustainer of the universe; the redeemer of mankind. (Deut. 6:4, Isa. 43:10-11, Matthew 28:19, Lk. 3:22)
We Believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. He was born of virgin and lived a sinless life. He shed his blood unto death as the atonement for sin. He was crucified on a cross, his body buried and resurrected from the dead on the third day, and has since ascended into heaven where He is seated at right hand of the God the Father. (Matthew 1:23, 1 Peter 2:22, 1 Cor 15:3, 2 Cor. 5:21, Matt. 28:6, 1 Cor. 15:4, Acts 1:9-11, Hebrews 1:3)
We believe that all have sinned and are in need of a savior. The free gift of Salvation is available to all through the forgiveness of ones sin; received by personal repentance and confession in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Scripture is clear in stating “there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” and “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved” (Rom. 3:23,10:9, 10:13, Acts 4:12, Lk. 24:47, Eph. 2:8)
We Believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as evidenced on the Day of Pentecost. This promise of power is distinct from and subsequent to salvation and should be earnestly desired by all believers. (Lk. 24:49, Acts 1:4, 1:8, 2:1-4, 8:12-17, 10:44-46)
We believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit and their availability to All believers. They were given to the Body of Christ for the advancement and confirmation of the Gospel. Consequently we believe and expect to see the miraculous power of God following the preaching of His Word. (1 Cor. 12:1-11, Mk. 16:17)
We believe that divine healing is provided for in the atonement and is available for all believers. (1 Pet. 2:24, Mat. 8:17)
The Rapture of the Church - We believe in the rapture of the church being imminent and prior to the Great Tribulation. (1 Thes. 5:9; Rev. 3:10)
